Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order.
You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.

DELIVERY CHARGES: 

We ship using Royal Mail.
At our discretion we may choose to use an alternative courier for heavy items or large orders.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ORDERS £25+

PLEASE NOTE:

Once an order is dispatched we have no control over the delivery times. 
For Royal Mail deliveries, please allow 14 days before contacting us. 
We will do our best to assist with any delivery issues should they arise. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. We do not cover return postage and recommend you choose a trackable service.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thesilvercoconut.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
